3 Month Package

  • Customized Short-term Goals - Nutrition & weight, Exercise or Lifestyle

    If you are not sure of how long you will need coaching for, then this is the package for you. You want to find out how the peri/post menopausal symptoms might be impacting you and how you can tackle what is bothering you the most. You want to be in control of how you feel and understand what you are experiencing and may need a kick start and some motivation.

  • Tailored to Your Specific Needs and Objectives

    Over the course of six sessions, we will focus on what is bothering you the most and what can be accomplished over 3 months or so. We can zone in on your nutrition and weight management, exercise & fitness or sleep & pharmacological help. You will also have the option of adding in or substituting some coaching sessions with Personal Training Sessions to kick start your strength training and feel and see physical changes.

  • Personal WhatsApp Support

    You will have direct access to personal support via WhatsApp. This means you can reach out at any time with questions, concerns, or for additional guidance. This personalised support system is unusual in the coaching world but I want my clients to have reassurance if they need it.

  • Weekly Check-In

    Every Monday I’ll send you a quick message to check in and see where you are holding. This helps refocus your mind on our conversations and can help with accountability if you feel you need that extra push to engage with some of the decisions you may have made.

Monthly Membership

This package is designed for individuals who are looking for long-term growth and development. It offers a monthly membership that allows for continuous progress and sustained support.

  • Long-Term Goal Orientation

    This program is specifically tailored for those who are working towards long-term goals. The minimum commitment period is four months, but most people benefit from 6 months or longer. Seeing new gains and changes often happens at the start of a new lifestyle or exercise regime, but regular habits and lifestyle changes take longer to actualise. I am here to offer support and motivation to help you stay consistent with the growth and progress you want to achieve.

  • Weekly or Bi Weekly Sessions

    Sessions will be 50-60 minutes. These sessions are designed to provide consistent support and ensure steady progress towards your goals. They offer the opportunity to discuss any challenges, celebrate successes, and plan for the upcoming weeks. You have the option to add in some personal training sessions to compliment the changes you want to make.

  • Personal WhatsApp Support

    In addition to the weekly sessions, you will have personal support via WhatsApp. This allows for real-time communication and immediate assistance when needed. You can ask questions, seek advice, or share updates.

This comprehensive package offers a structured yet flexible approach to personal development, ensuring that you have the resources, support, and time needed to achieve your long-term goals.

Single Session

Ideal for SOS situations or a debrief on a particular challenge

Agreement & questionnaire

Before we agree to the sessions I will provide a client / coach agreement which exists to safeguard both the client and the coach and enable you to see how your needs are important and I will hold boundaries for you.
